Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain garment specifications, measurements and technical packs
- Conduct fit sessions and provide recommendations to achieve optimal fit and comfort
- Review samples for workmanship, fit, grading and construction quality
- Manage grading and specification updates throughout the development process
- Liaise with offshore factories to ensure consistency in fit, sizing and garment construction
- Perform quality assurance checks, including wear, wash and performance testing
- Maintain sample archives, blocks and technical records
- Support compliance and quality standards across product categories
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years' experience in a QA, Garment Technician or Technical Development role within apparel
- Relevant qualification in Fashion, Clothing Production, Textile Technology or a related field
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, pattern making and grading
- Experience creating specifications and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident in communicating with offshore factories and cross-functional teams
- Experience in intimates or underwear is highly regarded
- PLM experience is advantageous but not essential
