Our client is a large and well established Australian manufacturer of kitchens, cabinetry and joinery products. Due to continued growth and ongoing production requirements, we are currently seeking reliable, capable and hands on Machine Operators to join the manufacturing team based in Truganina.
This is an ongoing opportunity on day shift (7:00am-3:00pm). The successful candidates will be practical operators who are comfortable working around machinery, completing repetitive production tasks, manually handling boards and components, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and output.

Duties:
• Operating and monitoring production machinery within a busy manufacturing environment
• Supporting general production activities, including material handling and product movement
• Completing routine quality checks and reporting any issues when required
• Working towards production targets while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Following workplace safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operating environments
• Comfortable with repetitive work, manual handling and standing for extended periods
• Able to follow production instructions, read basic machine screens and use common sense
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality and production targets
• Reliable, punctual, mechanically minded and able to work independently within a team
• Full Australian working rights and able to commence immediately.
