Wire/ Rope - General Labor LocationGrand Rapids MI Pay $16/hr Shift1st 8 am - 5 pm Job Summary This role involves assisting with the preparation, assembly, and maintenance of wire products and rigging materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Assist in cutting, measuring, and assembling wire rope and related products Support the production team in preparing wire slings, cables, and rigging equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Perform other general labor duties as assigned Key Qualifications Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, bend, and lift frequently throughout the workday Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment Preferred Skills Previous experience in a labor or manufacturing environment preferred but not required Quality Control experience Lean manufacturing knowledge Basic math skills How to Apply]>
