The Opportunity:
- Provide sales administration support to the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator.
- Manage and qualify leads across multiple channels.
- Identify customer needs, budgets, and timeframes.
- Maintain CRM records and monitor lead progression.
- Track and report on lead performance.
- Monitor market trends to support House & Land packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with land developers.

- 2+ years experience working as a sales qualifier or sales administrator for a residential builder
- Exceptional high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
