• Outpatient-only Pediatrics with no call, no newborn rounding, and no weekend responsibilities
• Enjoy a true 4-day workweek with clinic hours Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Manage a comfortable patient panel of 12-16 patients per day, allowing time to focus on quality care
• Competitive compensation package featuring a guaranteed base salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, annual retention bonuses, and residency stipend opportunities
• Eligible for up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment assistance through federal programs
