The Opportunity
• Outpatient-only schedule with an average of 16-20 patients per day
• Ability to pick up Urgent Care shifts if desired
• Up to $360,000 Total Earning Potential - Base Salary with Productivity and Quality Bonuses
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and up to $20,000 Relocation Bonus
• Qualify for Student Loan Repayment - HELP and HSLRP
• 25-35 Days of Paid Vacation + 10 Paid Holidays
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, and Malpractice Insurance Coverage with Tail
