- Make 30–50 outbound and inbound calls per day to engage potential participants.
- Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Record accurate information and follow established processes.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
Working Arrangements
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hybrid option: Work from home 2 days per week once fully independent
- On‑site: 3 days per week in the Nedlands office
What We’re Looking For
- Strong contact centre/call centre experience
- Confidence and comfort speaking on the phone all day
- Reliable, professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Team‑oriented mindset
Working Rights
This role is not open to working holiday visa holders.
