Client is seeking a Content Review Operations Specialist to support medical, legal, and regulatory content approval operations and digital asset administration. This customer-facing role will help internal stakeholders, affiliates, and external agencies navigate Veeva Vault PromoMats, manage approval-related activities, and maintain accurate claims and metadata.
Core Responsibilities
- Support all or portions of content materials moving through medical, legal, and regulatory review workflows.
- Manage claims processes, including claims approval, metadata alignment, auto-linking, bulk-document quality checks, and reference-library maintenance.
- Validate and maintain content metadata and business rules supporting modular content standards and campaign alignment.
- Provide end-user support for Veeva Vault PromoMats, including access, permissions, account updates, deactivations, and document ownership transfers.
- Triage, resolve, or escalate user tickets and technical inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Guide users to job aids, SOPs, process documentation, training resources, and other support materials.
- Track recurring operational issues and identify process or system enhancement opportunities.
- Partner with Content Review Operations Coordinators and leads to improve review-cycle efficiency.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, regional affiliates, and external agency partners.
- Clearly explain business processes and technical workflows to non-technical audiences.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, content review or approval processes, project coordination, or marketing operations.
- Practical experience using a content management or review/approval platform, such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, to support digital asset workflows.
- Experience providing customer, stakeholder, or end-user support in a system-driven operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage daily administrative and operational activities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
- Veeva Vault Platform certification or a similar content review platform administration certification.
- Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review lifecycles, claims management, and compliance standards.
- Interest in continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
Work Details
- Full-time position.
- Hybrid work model.
- Monday through Friday during standard Pacific Time business hours.
