Finishing Foreman

Design & Build is working with a very well-established Queensland head contractor to fill permanent Finishing Foreman position. The successful applicant will work on a high-end residential build project on the outskirts of Brisbane’s CBD.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Project timeline management
  • Leading a team of two foreman
  • Scheduling and management of subcontractors
  • All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification
  • Working collaboratively with your site and project managers
  • Working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays  
Requirements
  • Recent experience working on high end residential or commercial build projects $20M+
  • Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
  • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder
  • Ability to plan, manage, and sequence finishing subcontractors
  • High level attention to detail
  • Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on luxury residential projects
  • QBCC licence is an advantage
