Techforce is currently seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for a major refinery construction project in Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work on a large-scale industrial project, offering excellent earning potential and consistent work.

About the Role You will be responsible for the installation, fabrication and assembly of piping systems across a major processing refinery.
Key duties include:
  • Installing metallic and non-metallic piping systems.
  • Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling pipework.
  • Installing flanges, valves, gaskets and pipe supports.
  • Connecting pipework to pumps, tanks and mechanical equipment.
  • Assisting with hydrotesting, flushing and commissioning preparation.
  • Reading and interpreting isometric drawings, P&IDs and construction specifications.
Systems You'll Work On
  • Chemical processing systems, including acid cracking, leaching and purification.
  • Water treatment and recovery systems.
  • Waste treatment systems.
  • Plant utilities, including gas, steam, compressed air and water supply.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in pipe fitting on construction projects.
  • Experience working on large-scale industrial, mining or processing facilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs.
  • Experience with flange management, pipe installation and mechanical connections.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Relevant trade qualifications highly regarded.
