ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Executive Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for comprehensive QS work including measurement, cost planning, tender reviews, and variations. You will lead projects and collaborate with a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure budgets and timeframes are met. Reporting will be to the senior leadership team, with opportunities to influence project and company outcomes.

DUTIES
  • Manage clients and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for pre- and post-contract work
  • Lead projects from feasibility to construction
  • Mentor and manage junior team members
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience (consultancy experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proven experience in managing large or complex projects
