Customer Service Administrator – Drogheda, Co. Louth

Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth
Salary: €30,000
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Drogheda for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and growing team.

This is a fast-paced customer service role where you will be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing excellent support across a range of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries relating to invoices and payment issues.
  • Coordinate and manage delivery and collection bookings.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery, collection and service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a customer service, call centre or office-based role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • ECDL certification would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

  • Due to the location of the business, own transport is essential, as public transport options are not available.
