FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Drogheda for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and growing team.
This is a fast-paced customer service role where you will be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing excellent support across a range of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries relating to invoices and payment issues.
- Coordinate and manage delivery and collection bookings.
- Investigate and resolve delivery, collection and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years' experience in a customer service, call centre or office-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ECDL certification would be advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

- Due to the location of the business, own transport is essential, as public transport options are not available.
