Cardiology Hospitalist | $650k Total Comp | Fort Wayne, IN | 7 On/7 Off

Bring your inpatient cardiology skills to a growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Due to rising demand, a well-established cardiology group at a 396-bed tertiary care hospital with a Level II trauma center is seeking a Cardiology Hospitalist. The group is part of a regional health network serving northeast Indiana, with collegial physicians, a strong support team, and leadership that values a balanced schedule.

The role:
- Work a 7 on/7 off schedule, days or nights
- Practice bread and butter inpatient cardiology with no study reads
- Take light call, about 5 times a month, including TEE call and night jeopardy
- Collaborate with a heart failure team and LVAD program
- Work alongside 10 cardiologists, supported by APPs, RNs, scribe nurses, CMAs, and admin staff
- Use Cerner with Dragon dictation

Compensation and benefits:
- $650k total compensation, with flexibility based on the candidate
- Up to $215K in recruitment incentives, including a sign-on, student loan repayment, and relocation
- 4 weeks of PTO and 5 days of CME & stipend
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage, plus Indiana Patient’s Compensation Fund protection
