Apply directAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a growing manufacturing operation within the energy sector.
The role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently and reliably in a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and automated equipment.
- Support production by minimising downtime and improving equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Identify and implement engineering improvements.
- Participate in shift and on-call rotas.
Requirements
- Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitting qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant maintenance experience.
- Manufacturing experience highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexible, hands-on approach to maintenance.

Shift: Rotating shifts, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm
