An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a growing manufacturing operation within the energy sector.

The role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently and reliably in a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and automated equipment.
  • Support production by minimising downtime and improving equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Identify and implement engineering improvements.
  • Participate in shift and on-call rotas.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitting qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant maintenance experience.
  • Manufacturing experience highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach to maintenance.

Shift: Rotating shifts, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm
