The Opportunity
You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient and community services.
Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment
• Delivering clinical leadership within multidisciplinary teams
• Supervising Registrars, Fellows and Junior Medical Officers
• Teaching medical students through the University of Melbourne
• Participating in clinical governance, quality improvement and service development
• Contributing to a supported on-call and weekend roster

Flexible full-time and part-time appointments are available.

About You
You will hold one of the following:

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and eligibility for specialist registration with Ahpra
• An international specialist psychiatry qualification assessed as substantially comparable by RANZCP
• Eligibility for specialist registration through an applicable expedited specialist pathway

You will also demonstrate a commitment to collaborative care, clinical leadership, teaching and the ongoing development of mental health services.

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package of up to $400,000+ is available, depending on experience, seniority, employment arrangements and applicable allowances.
