The Role
As part of a skilled underground maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a large fleet of underground mobile equipment, ensuring maximum reliability, safety, and uptime.
Your duties will include:
  • Planned and breakdown maintenance on underground mobile plant and electrical systems
  • Fault finding and diagnostics across electrical, electronic, and control systems
  • Component change-outs, repairs, and servicing
  • Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Completing accurate maintenance records and reporting
  • Working closely with operators and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician
  • Previous underground mining experience
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills on mobile plant equipment
  • Commitment to safe work practices
You will also need to meet all site access requirements, including:
  • Pre-employment Medical
  • Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current Manual Driver's Licence
