Mid-Market Sales Manager, Indonesia & Malaysia (Based in Jakarta)
What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead our sales team covering Indonesia and Malaysia. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives focused on driving growth and adoption in the Mid-Market segment (51–500 employees). You’ll be a hands-on leader who combines strategic vision with tactical execution and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, and Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology/SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute go-to-market strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

What we’re looking for
- Have 5+ years of experience in technology sales leadership in a SaaS or UCaaS/CCaaS environment.
- Have proven track record of managing teams to exceed sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
- Be able to demonstrate good coaching and leadership capabilities — able to motivate and grow a diverse team across markets.
- Have fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (required); be able to demonstrate proficiency in English.
- Have deep understanding of mid-market customer needs and buying behavior in Southeast Asia.
- Have good business acumen and be able to build relationships with C-level executives.
- Be willing to travel regionally 1–2 weeks per month.
