Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Tilbury (Lower Thames Crossing).

Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out welding works to a high standard in line with project specifications
- Perform fabrication, repair, and installation welding tasks as required
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding plans
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Carry out inspections and maintain a high level of workmanship
- Work closely with site teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times
- Follow all site health & safety procedures and requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder within construction, civils, or infrastructure projects
- Relevant welding qualifications/certifications
- Ability to work safely within a busy site environment
- Valid CSCS/CCNSG or relevant site cards (where applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
