The Community:

- Outpatient-only | Monday–Thursday 8–5 | Friday 8–12
- 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly
- Call shared 1:6, after-hours triaged by nurse line
- Dedicated nurse and full support team
- EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI
DAY-TO-DAY:
- 20–25 patients per day (average)
- Comprehensive outpatient pediatrics for patients from birth through adolescence
- Preventive care and well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, and school health evaluations
- Sick visits and same-day acute care
- Chronic condition management and follow-up care
- In-office services: routine immunizations, vision/hearing screenings, and age-appropriate health screenings; minor dermatologic care as needed
TEACHING & ACADEMIC INVOLVEMENT:
- Serve as a practicing pediatric physician and Attending Physician for CMC Family Medicine Residents during their pediatric rotations
- Provide clinical supervision, teaching, and mentorship in an outpatient pediatric setting
- Participate in resident education while maintaining a balanced, outpatient-focused clinical schedule
- Opportunity to shape future primary care physicians within a supportive, community‑based residency program
