Funds Lawyer - Elite US firm - 3-6 PQE

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Funds Associate to join the London office of a leading US law firm within its expanding private funds practice.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of private funds matters, including the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds across a variety of strategies. You will work closely with a sophisticated international client base, including private equity sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, and alternative investment platforms on complex, often cross-border mandates.

The team is open to candidates at the 3–6 PQE level. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and high-performing group, working across a diverse mix of matters within a fast-growing practice.
