What you can expect
Workvivo is hiring a Product Marketing Manager. The goal is to help sellers tell a clearer and more consistent product story. You will work with senior PMMs, sales teams, and GTM stakeholders. Together, you will turn product positioning into practical, field-ready assets. This will help sellers communicate value with confidence. You do not need deep PMM experience to succeed. What matters most is the ability to simplify complex ideas, understand commercial conversations, and create content people actually use.The role will start with seller enablement, launch readiness, and sales messaging. Over time, there will be opportunities to grow into broader strategic product marketing initiatives.
About the Team
You’ll be part of Workvivo’s collaborative Product Marketing team, working where product, sales, and go-tomarket strategy meet. The team focuses on making product stories clear, practical, and relevant for real customer conversations. Collaboration is key! Working closely with sales, customer success, product, and GoTo-Market teams to equip sellers with the right messaging, proof points, and enablement tools. It’s a highimpact role with high visibility, clear ownership, and meaningful opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Creating sales enablement materials including decks, demo playbooks, talk tracks, messaging guides, and objection-handling resources
- Supporting product and feature launches with clear, field-ready messaging and enablement content
- Collaborating with sales and Go-To-Market teams to capture customer insights and improve messaging effectiveness
- Building customer proof points, value stories, and win-story assets that support deal progression
- Translating complex product capabilities into simple, compelling customer value
- Maintaining and improving the sales asset library to ensure content remains current, practical, and easy to use
- Supporting reseller and partner enablement with adaptable messaging and guidance
- Contributing to broader go-to-market initiatives as the role evolves
What we’re looking for
- Bring 2–4+ years of experience in a customer-facing or commercial SaaS role
- Collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, enablement, partnerships, or product marketing teams
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Simplify complex product ideas into clear customer value and messaging
- Understand how sellers engage buyers and move deals forward
- Thrive working across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Build practical sales materials, enablement content, or customer-facing assets that people genuinely use
- Show curiosity about customer challenges, business outcomes, AI, and evolving go-to-market conversations
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
€59,700.00
Maximum:
