A respected civil contractor with a strong presence across South Australia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team on a major subdivision project located in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with a well-established business known for delivering quality civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across subdivision projects from bulk earthworks through to practical completion
  • Supervise and coordinate direct crews, plant operators, and subcontractors on site
  • Manage delivery of civil scopes including earthworks, stormwater, sewer, water services, and road construction/pavements
  • Ensure works are completed in line with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
About You:
  • Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor within civil construction, ideally across land development or subdivision projects
  • Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, underground services, and roadworks
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate on-site activities effectively
  • Confident managing crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to project delivery
