Architectural Technologist

An established London based architectural practice is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join its growing team.

The studio is recognised for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on residential and hospitality developments in the UK and internationally.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-led environment, working on projects from technical design through to delivery.

The successful candidate will play a key role across later RIBA stages, contributing to design development, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and the preparation of Building Regulations information.

Responsibilities will also include producing tender and construction packages, including drawings and NBS specifications, reviewing shop drawings, and attending site inspections as projects progress on site.

Applicants should hold a CIAT-accredited qualification and demonstrate a proven background in technical design and project delivery. Strong detailing skills, experience producing construction documentation, and confidence coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks is required, alongside a solid understanding of current UK Building Regulations and Approved Documents.

Previous experience within residential and/or hospitality sectors, site experience, and strong communication skills are also highly desirable.
