Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding import and export shipments.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with operations, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely movement of freight.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update shipment information in company systems.
- Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Freight Forwarding experience is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
