Compensation: CAD 130,000-145,000 base DOE + 15% bonus + travel & allowances

What you’ll be doing
- Lead reliability improvement projects from concept to commissioning
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Facilitate root cause analyses, recommend corrective actions and embed engineering solutions
What you’ll bring
- Mechanical Engineering degree and 5–10 years’ reliability engineering experience with fixed equipment in mining, manufacturing, or other heavy industry
- P.Eng designation in Canada (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural culture
Travel to site must not rely on US border transit due to operational constraints.
