FIFO Industrial Electricians 
Looking for your next industrial project? We are partnering with leading contractors delivering major mining, energy, process plant and industrial construction projects across WA and Australia. With multiple opportunities available across construction, commissioning, E&I and maintenance scopes, there are options for both experienced Industrial Electricians and E&I Technicians.
 
Current Opportunities
 
Major Industrial Construction Project
Point of Hire Perth, there are 2 roles are available:
 
Construction Electricians

• Cable pulling, cable tray and ladder rack installation
• LV/MV cable glanding and terminations
• Switchroom, substation, lighting and power installations
• Hazardous area and heavy industrial construction works

E&I Technicians 

• Instrument calibration, loop checking and testing
• PLC/DCS, control system and function testing
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and troubleshooting activities
• Process instrumentation verification and fault finding

Roster & Duration:

• 20:8 Roster
• Long-term work with projects extending into the end of 2027

Rates:

• Approximately $15.4k/swing for Electricians, $17.3/swing for E&I Technicians
• RDO and Severance accruals available

 
LNG Construction Project
Point of Hire major cities in Australia. You can be onboarded as Construction Electrician, E&I Technicians , or
 
EEHA Inspectors.

• Electrical installation and fabrication works
• Cable and substation installation
• LV/MV cable glanding and termination
• Hazardous area inspections and installations
• EEHA-related activities
• QA/QC documentation and testing activities
• Work within live industrial environments

Roster & Duration

• 21:7 Roster
• Work until the end of 2026

Rates:

• Approximately $18k/swing for Electricians, $18.6k/swing for E&I Technicians and EEHA Inspectors
• RDO and Severance accruals available

 
Greenfields Copper Processing Plant Expansion Project
FIFO from East Coast capital cities with direct charter flights from Brisbane & Townsville
 
Typical Duties:

• Greenfields and brownfields electrical installations
• Industrial cable tray and reticulation systems
• MCC and power distribution installations
• Instrumentation support
• Plant construction and commissioning works
• Electrical infrastructure upgrades

Roster & Duration

• 21:7 Roster
• 3-months' worth of work

Rates:

• $78/hr flat rate + $3/hr project incentive payment
• Paid 11-hour days

Requirements
To be considered, you will ideally hold:

• Relevant Electrical License
• White Card
• Current Driver's License
• First Aid
• CPR / LVR
• Working at Heights
• EWP

Highly Regarded:

• Cert III or IV Instrumentation
• EEHA Qualification
• Gas Test Atmospheres
• Confined Space
• Industrial, mining, LNG or process plant experience
• Commissioning or E&I experience

Previous FIFO project experience is an advantage
