Aequor is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in-person behavioral support services.
This is a great opportunity for a provider looking to supplement an existing caseload, with the potential to expand hours as additional campus needs arise!
Position Details:
Location: El Paso, TX – On-site
Schedule: Approximately 9–10 hours per week, including anticipated documentation and coordination
Caseload: 20 students
Service Frequency: Approximately 200 minutes per student every 9 weeks
Services: Individual and small-group behavioral and social skills support
Growth Opportunity: Additional elementary caseload needs may be available, allowing for increased weekly hours

- Deliver direct, in-person ABA and behavioral support services
- Provide individualized and small-group interventions addressing social skills, behavioral needs, and student development
- Collaborate with campus staff to support student progress
- Support implementation of individualized behavioral interventions
Required Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license issued by TDLR
- Experience providing ABA services to school-aged students
- Familiarity with school-based behavioral interventions and student support plans preferred
