This is: what you’ll do
- Deliver AI security control implementation from backlog through to verified deployment
- Design and implement security controls across data, identity, endpoint, cloud and application domains
- Assess AI use cases, agents and integrations for security risk and define appropriate controls
- Develop and implement security policies and technical configurations for AI tools and environments
- Apply secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices to AI and agent-based solutions
- Monitor AI environments for risks, control gaps and emerging threats
- Maintain and prioritise the AI security control register
- Collaborate with cyber, data and digital teams to embed security into delivery
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer in enterprise environments
- Strong background in designing, implementing and validating security controls
- Experience across identity, data protection, endpoint, cloud and application security
- Solid understanding of secure development practices and DevSecOps principles
- Working knowledge of AI security risks including agents, prompt injection and data exposure
- Ability to assess risk and translate into practical, implementable solutions
- Experience working with prioritised backlogs and delivering consistently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Self-driven and reliable with the ability to deliver independently
