Gasket Operator

A manufacturing company in Girard, PA is seeking a dependable Gasket Operator to join their team on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on production work and take pride in quality and attention to detail. Team members will operate gasket production equipment, inspect finished products, and ensure parts meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate gasket production machinery according to company specifications and safety procedures

• Load and unload materials and components into the equipment

• Inspect finished gaskets for quality, accuracy, and defects

• Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately

• Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

• Ability to operate production equipment and follow established procedures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• High School Diploma/GED

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• First Shift: 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thur

• Pay Rate is $15.50 per hour

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available after probation once hired.
