- Drive Client Acquisition: Prospect and engage leads from a warm internal database to introduce the firm’s stockbroking services.
- Market Education: Speak confidently with prospects about current market trends, investment opportunities, and the firm's unique research.
- Pipeline Management: Profile potential investors and schedule high-quality follow-up calls for the Head of Desk to drive conversions.
- Stay Market-Ready: Keep up with ASX and international market developments to provide informed insights during outreach.
- Fast-Track Progression: Master the client acquisition phase to quickly move into an Investment Manager role, where you will manage your own portfolio and execute trades.

- Education & Interest: You hold a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) and possess a genuine fascination with financial markets and economic trends.
- Phone-First Drive: You have experience in sales, business development, or a high-volume phone environment and enjoy the "thrill of the hunt."
