Industrial Seamstress

Location: Dallas, TX 75247

Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00/hour, depending on experience

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturday overtime from 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM as needed)

Environment: Climate-controlled manufacturing environment specializing in custom window treatments and designer draperies.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Industrial Seamstresses to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in custom window treatments and designer draperies for commercial customers. This position is responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment and producing high-quality custom products while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Experience with drapery production is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong industrial sewing experience and the ability to work with different fabrics and patterns are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce custom drapery and window treatment products.

• Work with various fabrics and materials while maintaining consistent quality.

• Perform pattern matching accurately according to production specifications.

• Operate equipment such as single-needle, double-needle, serger, pleater, overlock, or similar industrial sewing machines.

• Move between different sewing and production stations throughout the workday as needed.

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper construction.

• Follow production specifications, measurements, and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Support other production activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating industrial sewing machines required.

• Experience with single-needle, double-needle, serger, pleater, overlock, or similar industrial sewing equipment.

• Pattern matching experience required.

• Experience working with fabrics and detailed measurements.

• Drapery, window treatment, upholstery, textile, or related manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Ability and willingness to move between different production stations throughout the day.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• English proficiency is not required; Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.

• Must be available for Monday–Friday daytime hours and occasional Saturday overtime.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.
