Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $17/ hr/ 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Required skills:
• Prior janitorial or facility maintenance experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Valid Florida Driver License
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks
Work environment:
Office/warehouse environment with indoor and outdoor cleaning responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the facility
Sanitizing common areas and restrooms
Maintaining lunchroom and outdoor grounds
Inventory of cleaning supplies, and supporting office events as needed
