Requirements of position
 
·  Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a food manufacturing/production environment preferred 
·  Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards (HACCP is a plus) 
·  Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery 
·  Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency 
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment 
·  Comfortable working in varying conditions (cold, hot, or humid environments) 
·  Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks 
·  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently 
·  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
·  Willingness to work overtime (6–7 days/week) as required 
·  Strong teamwork and communication skills 
·  Basic math and reading skills for production documentation 
·  Must follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
 
We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our food manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals with production or manufacturing experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, food-grade environment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
 
Open Positions
  • (3) 1st Shift Machine Operators 
  • (3) 2nd Shift Machine Operators 
 
Schedule
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM 
  • Overtime: 6–7 days per week to start 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust food production machinery 
  • Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards 
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues 
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation procedures 
  • Conduct product checks for quality, weight, and packaging accuracy 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment 
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation 
 
Requirements
  • Previous machine operator or food manufacturing experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is a plus 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated or warm production environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs 
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends
