A leading Sydney based developer builder is currently seeking a Project Manager (residential) to oversee a $400millon BTR project in the Sydney Metro area.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a $400 million residential development from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.   • Proven experience managing large, complex projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
