- Manage the full production lifecycle across multiple collections
- Liaise with offshore and local manufacturers to ensure premium quality standards
- Drive critical path management, ensuring on-time delivery
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to uphold brand integrity
- Monitor costs, negotiate pricing, and manage production budgets
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Proven experience in a Production Manager role within luxury or premium fashion
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and quality control
- Established supplier network and offshore production experience
