Referrals are received through a variety of funding streams including Medicare, NDIS, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Workers Compensation and CTP.
Beyond individual therapy, there is the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative services, including group programs such as parenting, anxiety or DBT groups, corporate wellbeing workshops and training programs. Clinicians with an interest in neuromodulation or expanding service offerings are encouraged to apply.
Criteria
- General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience.
- Strong experience working with both children/adolescents and adults.
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with:
- ADHD, ASD and neurodivergence.
- Behavioural and emotional regulation difficulties.
- Anxiety, depression and trauma.
- Complex presentations.
- Experience providing therapy under Medicare, NDIS, EAP, CTP and/or Workers Compensation schemes.
- Couples, parenting or family therapy experience will be highly regarded.
- SIRA accreditation, or willingness to obtain accreditation, is highly desirable.
- Interest in facilitating group programs, corporate workshops or developing new clinical services is advantageous.
- Ability to work from the Meadowbank clinic, with occasional flexibility to support another Sydney location if required.
