Marketing Coordinator

Our client is a globally recognised organisation within the building materials and construction sector, seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, brand, events and sales enablement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life, creating engaging content, managing campaigns and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end marketing execution while contributing to brand growth, customer engagement and lead generation.

About the role:

• Create and manage high-quality digital and print marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Develop presentations, brochures, signage, promotional materials and sales enablement collateral
• Manage social media content calendars and publishing across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and TikTok
• Support community management, content curation and social performance reporting
• Assist with website updates, digital content management and optimisation activities
• Support email marketing campaigns, forms, workflows and automation through platforms such as HubSpot
• Maintain CRM and marketing data accuracy while supporting sales alignment
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, trade activities and marketing logistics
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and customers to deliver projects on time
• Support marketing administration including purchase orders, invoices, asset management and reporting

About you

• 3+ years' experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing or communications roles
• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline
• Strong experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating marketing collateral across digital and print channels
• Demonstrated social media content creation and community management experience
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience supporting campaigns, events or brand initiatives
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
• Exposure to CRM, email marketing or automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
