Job Title: Customer Service Representative
 
Job Location: Remote
 
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $16.50/hr
First Shift: 8am-5pm CST (9am-6pm EST), Monday through Friday
 
Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our
Team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, team members support customers and program participants through application processing, customer service, and
administrative support within a fast-paced, paperless environment.
                        
Responsibilities:
 
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support via phone and online
  2. chat
  3. Assist customers, homeowners, and contractors with application questions
  4. and troubleshooting
  5. Perform high-volume data entry and back-office processing
  6. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  7. Analyze information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions
  8. Communicate professionally with customers and team members
 
Qualifications:
 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
  7. Typing speed of 40–50 WPM required
  8. Previous customer service, administrative, or data processing experience
  9. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
