Fleet Administrator | 13-Months| Western Sydney | Full-Time Hours| Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join a busy asset and fleet management team on a 13-month temporary assignment.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Western Sydney, offering the chance to work within a collaborative environment supporting key asset management and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and provide finance administration support
• Raise purchase orders and capital expenditure requests
• Maintain databases and asset records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Support the development and tracking of asset creation plans
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient asset management processes

In this role, we are seeking an experienced administratior with strong attention to detail, who is very organised and can work independantly.
