Join a growing primary care team dedicated to serving seniors and medically complex patients in assisted living and residential settings throughout the St. Louis area. This role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine with manageable volumes, clinical autonomy, and strong interdisciplinary support.

Practice/Organization Details:
• Care for just 8–10 patients per day
• Focus on quality care, not productivity quotas
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families
• Flexible daily schedule with the ability to start your day at a time that works best for you

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary up to $130,000
