About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
- Setting: Remote (Office attendance six times per month for permanent employees)
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of over 25 grants
- Preparing and submitting grant claims and vouchers
- Tracking expenditures and ensuring budget compliance
- Aligning with NYS funding requirements
- Supporting audits and financial documentation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Grants Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Grant Claims and Budget Tracking
- Experience with Financial Reporting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive work ethic
- Highly detail-oriented
- Team player mentality
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Social Services / Nonprofit experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of FundEZ or similar systems
