Refresco has created this role to invest in its growing Independent Grocery channel, giving one person ownership of a national portfolio of customers while working alongside an experienced National Business Manager to unlock the next phase of growth.
You'll inherit an established customer base with strong ranging already in place, but plenty of opportunity to deepen relationships, identify new commercial opportunities and make a genuine impact.
Unlike many sales roles, this is a role where you'll spend your time doing exactly what you joined sales to do. Rather than sitting in endless internal meetings, you'll be out talking to customers, building relationships, solving commercial problems and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Working within a lean, agile business, you'll enjoy the autonomy to make decisions, contribute ideas and build your own way of working without layers of bureaucracy slowing you down.
The Role
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will:
You may currently be a Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, National Account Executive or Key Account Manager.
More important than your title is your attitude.

- Manage a national portfolio of Independent Grocery customers.
- Build strong day to day customer relationships across multiple states.
- Identify opportunities to grow ranging, distribution and promotional activity.
- Support strategic customer initiatives, including exposure to the Metcash relationship.
- Partner closely with internal teams to deliver new products and commercial solutions.
