About the role

About the role

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting ER matters including attendance, misconduct and investigations
- Advising managers on policy, process and best practice
- Assisting with EBA and award interpretation
- Managing employee queries and providing practical HR support
- Supporting general HR administration as required
About you
You are a confident HR Advisor with solid experience in employee relations within a blue collar or operational environment. You are comfortable working in a fast paced setting and enjoy being a hands on support to the business.
You will bring:
- Three to five years HR experience
- Strong ER capability, particularly around investigations and misconduct
- Experience working with EBAs and awards
- A practical, solutions focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
