AI Solutions Engineer (Assistant Manager)

A leading global insurance company is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (Assistant Manager) to drive enterprise AI transformation.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation.
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Build AI solutions utilizing technologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, API integrations, and AI agents.
- Support the architecture, standardization, governance, and best practices for enterprise AI platforms.
- Lead AI projects from proof of concept through production deployment, including requirements gathering, development, and project delivery.
- Establish frameworks to ensure AI output quality, security, compliance, and auditability.
- Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in AI solution development, data science, software engineering, or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating applications or data platforms on Azure or AWS.
- Strong programming experience with Python and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and API integrations.
- Experience delivering AI or business automation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (spoken and written).
