岗位职责
1.与 Zoom 全球产品团队及内部业务团队一起制定项目计划，完成需求分析、设计以及创建具体开发任务，能完成跨团队协调来推进计划按时保质交付。
2.能够独立完成相关产品技术架构的设计，能独立完成高难度任务的开发工作，以及解决开发过程中和线上的技术难题。
3.能够识别服务产品架构中存在的风险，并能够制定优化方案以及推动落实。
4.能够对项目产品以及技术路线的创新持续作出贡献。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，英语听说读写能力优秀。
2.熟练掌握Spring全家桶，包括Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等。
3.精通MyBatis，熟练使用MySQL，具备数据库设计能力。
4.熟悉Elasticsearch分布式搜索，有一定的大数据分析经验。
5.熟悉消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）和NoSQL数据库（如Redis）。
6.了解分布式系统架构，具备高并发、高可用系统开发经验。
7.具备良好的问题分析和解决及持续学习的能力。
8.具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队成员有效配合。
9.具有责任心，能够承担压力，有较强的执行力。

1.AI Native工程师优先，具备AI转型推动经验者尤佳。深度理解并熟练使用AI辅助开发工具（如Codex、Cursor等），能够将AI工具贯穿于需求分析、代码生成、单测编写、文档生成、排障分析等软件工程全生命周期，显著提升开发效能，并有能力在团队内进行工具推广与实践布道，带动团队成员共同向AI增强型开发模式转型。
2.全栈工程师优先。主业为 Java 后端，同时具备 React 或 Vue 前端开发能力，能独立完成端到端功能交付。
3.有外企及跨国协作经验者优先。
