Apply direct100 beds, open ICU with support from an Internist, low complexity in the ICU and if it is to complicated the patient will be shipped out, 4 beds unit with another 4 beds step down facility, procedures needed, 14-17 daily patient load if the ICU is not being overly demanding. If the ICU is being demanding the daily load may go down. This is 7on 7 off 12hr shifts and they are flexible with days or night.. Credentialing will take about 1-1 ½ months to get done. No call, weekend
