Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of business systems integration initiatives.
- Manage the transition of core business applications, platforms, and information repositories into a unified environment.
- Oversee the establishment of information governance, data pathways, and operating processes.
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams including technology, business change, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Engage effectively with senior executives and business leaders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal delivery teams.
- Support organisational change activities and user adoption initiatives.
What We're Looking For
You will be a highly capable Senior Project Manager with a proven track record leading complex transformation and technology programmes.
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide business systems projects.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational integration, merger, or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience across executive and operational levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Experience establishing new ways of working across multiple business functions.
Highly Desirable
- Significant Microsoft Digital Uplift experience.
- Proven delivery experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Viva, Identity and collaboration initiatives
- Experience with information management, records management, and governance frameworks.
- Prior experience supporting merger, acquisition, or organisational integration activities.

- Credible and engaging senior stakeholder manager.
- Calm and decisive under pressure.
- Outcome-focused with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
