Job Title: High Reach Forklift / Cold Storage Job Location: Elizabethtown, PA Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: ? 1st Shift: $21.00/hour (pay increase after successful 90-day training period) ? 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Rotating Saturdays $21.00/hour 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM $20.00/hour Job Description: We are hiring experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for a cold storage distribution facility in Elizabethtown, PA. These are long-term opportunities for dependable candidates with previous high reach forklift experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a high reach forklift Pick, put away, and replenish inventory Load and unload products throughout the warehouse Accurately move materials within the facility Use RF scanners to track inventory (preferred) Follow all warehouse safety procedures Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Keep the work area clean and organized Requirements Previous high reach forklift experience is required for both shifts 2nd Shift: Previous cold storage/freezer warehouse experience is required Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Work Environment 1st Shift: Work is performed in and out of the freezer throughout the shift. 2nd Shift: Work is performed entirely in the freezer. Previous cold storage/freezer warehouse experience is required for this position. PPE is provided and required. Standing, walking, and operating warehouse equipment throughout the shift.
