Vivid Recruitment is partnering with a long-established national architecture practice with more than 30 years in the market and offices across Australia.
They are growing their Sydney health team and have several opportunities available across experienced graduate, project architect and health planning level.

Health Planner, Tier 2
Sydney based | Adelaide travel required | Major hospital project

You will join a major women’s and children’s hospital project, based from Sydney with travel to Adelaide required for PUGs, stakeholder meetings and key project sessions.

What you will be doing

• Supporting detailed planning and design of inpatient units
• Managing Room Layout Sheets and coordinating Room Data Sheets through dRofus
• Leading and supporting user group consultation processes
• Working alongside FF&E consultants on equipment strategies
• Coordinating with clinicians, consultants and the wider project team
• Applying AUSHFG and NSW Health Infrastructure guidelines throughout the design process

What you will need

• 3+ years’ experience in health architecture
• Major acute hospital project experience
• Strong inpatient unit planning and detailed-design experience
• Experience leading user groups and clinical stakeholder sessions
• Revit experience is essential
• dRofus experience is highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of AUSHFG and NSW Health Infrastructure guidelines

Project Architect
Sydney | Major acute health projects

This role suits a technically strong Project Architect who enjoys working within large project teams and wants to continue building experience in complex health environments.

What you will be doing

• Delivering packages across major acute health projects
• Working with senior leaders, consultants and clinical stakeholders
• Supporting coordination, documentation and project delivery
• Participating in user groups and stakeholder meetings
• Producing high-quality Revit documentation

What you will need

• Around 4–7+ years’ architecture experience
• Health architecture experience, ideally on major acute hospital projects
• Strong Revit capability
• Good clinical knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills
• User group experience would be advantageous
• dRofus experience would be highly regarded

Experienced Graduate Architect
Sydney | Health architecture

A strong opportunity for an experienced Graduate Architect looking to gain exposure to major hospital projects, clinical planning and large multidisciplinary teams.

What you will be doing

• Supporting documentation and coordination across health projects
• Working in Revit within a large project team
• Assisting with design development and detailed documentation
• Attending project meetings and supporting stakeholder engagement
• Building experience across clinical planning and acute health delivery

What you will need

• Around 3+ years’ local architecture experience
• Exposure to health projects
• Revit experience is essential
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• An interest in building a long-term career in health architecture
• dRofus experience would be a bonus

Health Lead
Sydney | Major Health Project | Up to $250,000 + super

Separately, I am also working on a senior Health Lead opportunity for a major infrastructure consultancy in Sydney.

This role will suit a senior architect with the credibility to lead a 26 person strong team and guide health planning outcomes and manage multidisciplinary teams across a complex project environment.

What you will need

• Significant experience across major health projects
• Strong leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams
• Confidence leading senior client and stakeholder discussions
• Strong health planning, clinical engagement and project-delivery experience
• Ability to provide direction across design, planning and coordination
