Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mineral processing industry, ideally with dry and wet mineral processing and Iron Ore operations
- Tertiary qualification in chemical, metallurgical engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting, particularly with MS Excel
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with plant operators, quality teams, and technical staff
- High computer literacy, including familiarity with SAP and delay accounting systems; SCADA experience is a plus
- Experience with SAP, delay accounting systems, or SCADA systems
- Involvement in projects, trials, or shutdown activities related to process optimization
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards for metallurgical labs
- Tertiary degree in chemical, metallurgical engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in mineral processing, with a focus on iron ore
